Qualifications

• 3-5 years FCAW, SAW, SMAW welding experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend welding symbols, procedures, drawings.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding standards is preferred.
• Welding and inspection tools proficiency; strong attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide welding support to production welders and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot welding technique and equipment issues.
• Maintain welder continuity and calibration logs.
• Lead welding process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Train shop floor and classroom welders in procedures and safety.
• Oversee daily pole school operations and training records.
