You will troubleshoot welding processes, train staff, and manage qualification records to ensure quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include conducting hands-on training, evaluating procedures, and driving improvements in welding methods across FCAW, SAW, SMAW, and cutting operations, with emphasis on

Qualificações

• 3–5 years FCAW, SAW, SMAW welding experience.
• Ability to read welding symbols and procedures.
• Familiarity with AWS D1.1 and welding materials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide welding support to production welders, supervisors, and plant personnel.
• Troubleshoot welding technique and equipment issues.
• Maintain welder continuity, equipment calibration, and logs.
• Propose and implement welding process improvements.
• Perform welding training on the shop floor and in classrooms.
• Assist in qualifying welding procedure specifications.
• Oversee daily pole school operations and training records.
• Train candidates in FCAW, SAW, SMAW, plasma/oxyfuel cutting, and gouging.
• Conduct training on welding safety, symbols, drawings, and acceptance criteria.
