Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Utilities Technician to keep critical plant utility systems running safely and reliably. You will operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and water systems, partnering with maintenance teams to prevent downtime.

The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on utility systems experience, a Boiler Operator or Stationary Engineer license, and ability to work off-shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience operating, repairing, and maintaining utility systems such as boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and water/steam systems.
• State Boiler Operator License or Stationary Engineer License
• Ability to complete company refrigeration training requirements within 2 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Operate, start up, adjust, and shut down plant utility systems (steam, hot water boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, glycol and water treatment).
• Monitor gauges and alarms to maintain safe pressures, temperatures, and levels.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance for uptime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for complex repairs and upgrades
