Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Industrial Services Technician to operate and maintain boiler and steam systems, monitor readings, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations. Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd are available, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and quality/safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include documenting system checks, troubleshooting basic issues, and adhering to GMP, SHE, and ISO standards while supporting a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years operating boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and utilities.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Strong reading and written communication; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler and steam systems.
• Monitor readings and log data for systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective action.
• Maintain accurate logs of checks and maintenance.
