• Tests, analyzes results, and adds chemicals to maintain system operation and safety.
• Responds to mechanical, electrical, or plumbing calls; coordinates repairs.
• Maintains energy management systems; identifies and implements energy conservation projects.
• Supervises subordinate staff, contractors, and other trades staff when needed.
