Under supervision, you will monitor equipment, perform routine tasks such as changing air filters, responding to alarms, and assisting with preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep critical plant systems reliable.

Qualifications

• Candidate will work under supervision in operation and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs under supervision.
• On nights, weekends, or holidays may respond to urgent mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment consoles and adjust controls as needed.
• Analyze readings, logs, and respond to trouble calls.
• Record meter readings and complete logs and incident reports.
• Notify supervisor of repairs and assist with HVAC maintenance tasks.
