Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a training-focused professional to lead safety and forklift training and continually improve classroom orientation programs. The role ensures all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file.

It includes annual training for plant employees and on-the-job training for employees. Additional responsibilities include assessing interpreter needs across departments for clear communication, assisting new Team Members with acclimation

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a training environment.
• Experience or knowledge in safety or forklift training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and forklift training and improve orientation programs.
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed and filed promptly.
• Provide annual plant-wide training and on-the-job training for employees.
