Lead, coordinate and deliver programs across shifts, partner with CI/lean teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Flexible to off-shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of training delivery experience
• Experience in developing training content
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with department supervisors and CI Manager; design learning solutions
• Interface with OEMs and external technical resources
• Develop engaging training programs to meet business needs
• Onboard new employees with standardized base operating skills
• Maintain and annually review training program effectiveness
• Coordinate and support training initiatives aligned with CI/lean goals
