Winland Foods in Grand Forks ND is seeking a Training Supervisor to improve plant productivity through targeted training initiatives. You will plan, develop and implement training strategy, establish measurement systems, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

This full-time role on 1st shift offers a salary of $73k–$108k plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of training delivery and content development experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence across levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical and organized.

Responsabilités

• Assess training needs with department supervisors and CI Manager; design learning solutions.
• Interface with OEMs and external technical resources.
• Design engaging training programs meeting organizational needs.
• Onboard new employees with documented base operating skills.
• Maintain and annually review training program effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Plant to share information and train-the-trainer.
• Coordinate training programs supporting CI/lean goals.
• Develop and manage positional handbook.
• Flexible to work off-shifts as needed.
• Oversee Standard Work and Training Checklist development.
• Ensure training materials comply with health, safety, quality, and food safety.
