Job summary

MOVA Metals in Freeport, TX, seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance for a 24/7 catalyst recycling facility. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency, supervising Maintenance Supervisors, Planner, and I&E teams while coordinating with Operations and Engineering to maximize plant availability.

The role requires deep industrial maintenance expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing contracts and CMMS-driven programs.

Qualifications

15+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
10+ years leading maintenance teams.
Experience managing contractors.
Vibration Analysis.
Infrared Thermography.
Oil Analysis.
Mechanical Integrity Programs.
CMMS experience – SAP, ROSS, Maximo, JD Edwards, etc.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution for a 24/7 facility.
Lead and develop Maintenance Supervisors, Planner, and I&E team.
Ensure regulatory compliance and preventive maintenance strategy.
Plan, schedule, and prioritize work with focus on safety and production uptime.
Manage maintenance budgets and costs, including labor and materials.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Environmental, and Safety teams.
