Umicore is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and administer onboarding and technical training to ensure a safe, compliant, and qualified workforce.
You will partner with Operations, EHS, Maintenance, QA, Engineering, and Human Resources to build a skilled team capable of safely operating catalyst manufacturing processes in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering all employee onboarding and technical training programs to ensure employees are competent, qualified, and compliant before performing work independently. This position plays a critical role in maintaining Umicore’s commitment to safety, operational excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance by ensuring all personnel receive standardized training on plant safety requirements, operating procedures, and job‑specific competencies.
