Job summary
MOVA Metals is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the plant's engineering function, ensuring safe, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of a continuous-process catalyst recycling facility. This role directs asset reliability, engineering strategy, capital projects, and technical support while partnering across Operations, Maintenance, Process Tech, Environmental, and Safety.
You will develop and execute asset management programs aligned with ISO 55000, drive lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience in heavy industrial or continuous-process manufacturing.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing capital projects.
- Experience leading an Asset Management Program aligned with ISO 55000.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant's engineering function to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Oversee asset reliability and asset management strategy.
- Develop lifecycle management strategies for equipment.
- Lead process hazard analyses (PHA) and MOC activities.
- Develop plant capital improvement program and manage budgets.
- Coordinate engineering contractors and outside consultants.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget.
