Job summary

CleanCare is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Pittsburgh plant. You will lead department staffing, training, and discipline, while ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with the Plant Manager and maintenance teams, uphold safety protocols, and maintain an organized, compliant plant floor to support company goals. The role requires hands-on leadership with 2 years of supervisory experience and a background in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years production experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity standards and quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain organization and cleanliness on the plant floor
• Oversee staffing, training, and discipline of departmental employees
• Consistent enforcement of current policies and procedures
• Demonstrate respect and professionalism in all interactions with co-workers and employees
• Other duties as assigned
