Qualifications

• 2 years of production experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and set production goals.
• Oversee staffing, training, and discipline of employees.
• Manage quality control of products.
• Communicate with Plant Manager and General Manager.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
