Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent to lead our window manufacturing facility. You will oversee production, safety, quality, staffing, and overall operations across shifts, collaborating with supervisors and department leaders to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in window, glass, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience managing supervisors and large employee groups.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production operations across assigned departments.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Monitor schedules and drive performance to meet daily goals.
• Coach and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
• Maintain quality standards and address production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and labor utilization.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete production reports and communicate shift updates to leadership.
