Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent to lead our window manufacturing facility in North Carolina. You will oversee production, safety, quality, staffing, and overall operational performance for the shift, coordinating with supervisors and department leaders to meet goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business Management or related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, ideally in windows or related industries.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a Plant Superintendent with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in window, glass, or similar manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across assigned departments.
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Monitor production schedules and drive daily goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
• Ensure quality standards and address production issues promptly.
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate plant priorities.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and labor utilization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete production reports and communicate updates to plant leadership.
