Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Plant Superintendent for the PJM Area to oversee safe operation, reliability, and availability of the asset while managing financial planning, resources, and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Director of O&M and coordinates with the plant O&M team to implement the Operating Plan and optimize performance.

Based in the PJM Area, the Plant Superintendent will lead maintenance, outages, and improvements, ensuring budgets are met and best practices are shared

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six to eight years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical competence including understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner.
• Experience with operations and maintenance of LM6000.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
