Jobot seeks a Plant Superintendent for its Concord, New Hampshire facility. You will lead manufacturing personnel, own production scheduling, and partner with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities and a strong background in LEAN and continuous improvement. Some travel may be required.
We are partnering with a well-established global industrial manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Plant Superintendent for its Concord, New Hampshire operation.
This is a key plant leadership position reporting directly to the Plant Manager and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operation, production scheduling, workforce leadership, product quality, cost performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on manufacturing leader who understands how to keep a plant operating safely and efficiently while balancing production demands, customer delivery expectations, quality, and workforce development. Experience within the pulp & paper industry, paper mills, roll services, or a closely related heavy industrial manufacturing environment would be particularly valuable.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible operational leadership role with a large, established global industrial organization. You'll have meaningful ownership over plant performance while working directly with plant leadership to improve production, quality, workforce capabilities, and operational efficiency.
For someone coming from pulp & paper, roll services, converting, paper manufacturing, or another demanding industrial manufacturing operation, this could be an excellent opportunity to bring your experience into a leadership position with significant influence over the day-to-day success of the facility.
That being said, this candidate does NOT need to come from Pulp & Paper, as our client loves to consider candidates outside the industry as it brings fresh, unique ideas to the organization!
