Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking motivated engineering students for a Summer 2027 Operational Excellence Engineering Internship at our Stephenville, TX location.

This paid role offers hands-on projects in manufacturing process optimization and cross-functional collaboration with skilled engineers. Ideal candidates are sophomores or higher pursuing an Engineering degree, willing to relocate for the summer and able to commit 10–12 weeks at 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completed Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering Physics or Manufacturing preferred).
• Students must be enrolled as students during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 weeks during the Summer of 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week during the summer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in pursuing a full-time career in the areas listed above.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and complete them on time and accurately.
• Desire to grow and take on new opportunities.
• Reliable transportation.
