Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Plant Site Leader to drive safety, operational excellence, and financial performance at the Alsip site. You will translate business strategies into actionable KPIs, coach teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across materials management, machining, assembly, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in operations across materials management, machining, assembly or quality.
• 5+ years direct plant management in multi-product manufacturing.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus, Lean, financial and operational execution, and problem solving.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS, ISO, or Oracle/SAP ERP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner across functions to plan, resource, and deliver products and key projects.
• Use KPIs and action plans to drive daily management across materials, quality, and warehousing.
• Build an engaged, inclusive, high-performing culture rooted in safety and quality.
• Lead transformational change aligned with business unit strategies.
• Develop and coach employees while strengthening capability to sustain improvement.
• Strengthen the plant quality system to enhance customer satisfaction and yield.
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, and manufacturing engineering; drive process improvements.
• Guide capital planning, materials management, and productivity improvements.
• Own and manage the annual operating plan aligned with financial forecasts.
