Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Warminster, PA area seeks a Manufacturing Plant Reliability Technician on first shift to perform maintenance, inspect equipment, and support production lines.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, install new machinery, and coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure safe electrical setup up to 440V. On-site role with standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; operate a fork truck and scissor lift.
• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
• Assist with installing new machinery and production lines with engineers.
• Support building care and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily and monthly targets.
