Qualifications

Manufacturing Plant Reliability TechnicianLocation: Milton Roy (201 Ivyland Rd, Warminster, PA 18974) | Primary Site: Ivyland, PASchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (OT and occasional weekends as needed)A day in this roleYou arrive on first shift and review the maintenance log with the team. The morning may start with scheduled weekly inspections—checking machine lubrication, listening for unusual vibration, and verifying safety interlocks. By mid-morning, a production line flags a hydraulic issue; you diagnose, source parts, and return the station to service with minimal downtime. After lunch, you help stage a new piece of equipment for installation, coordinating with engineers and contractors to confirm electrical requirements up to 440V and proper anchoring.
