Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, OK. You will support manufacturing by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, with a focus on preventative maintenance and safe operation. This onsite role requires reading schematics and coordinating with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, low-voltage control, motor control, and three-phase power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work-order systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to schedules.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read work orders, manuals, and schematics to determine repair requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
• Coordinate with production personnel to prioritize repairs and support needs.
