Job summary

ThermoSafe is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech in Putnam, CT to maximize plant reliability by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform proactive maintenance, root cause analysis, equipment improvements, and timely corrective action to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment in industrial settings.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and PLC logic.
• Familiar with NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install and service AC/DC drives, motors, PLCs and related controls.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Enter maintenance activities into CMMS for asset history.
• Uphold 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Communicate with operations on abnormal equipment conditions.
