ThermoSafe is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I to support maximum plant reliability. The role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

You will operate within a safety-focused environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is on second and third shifts in Conyers, GA, with a starting wage of $31.69 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Competenze

• Experience in an industrial environment or military experience.
• Strong proactive maintenance and reliability thought process.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E – Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working off-shift with overtime including weekends.

• Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures and set the standard for safe behavior.
• Proactively maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Install/troubleshoot/maintain AC and DC drives/motors.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs and modify or write PLC code as required.
• Weld and fabricate electrical, piping, pneumatic, and mechanical components as needed.
• Perform shop work with machining equipment when required.
• Document maintenance activity in the CMMS system for asset history.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve abnormal equipment conditions and develop operator skills.
