Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Operations Leader to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime at the Opelika plant. You will oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and breakdown elimination, partnering with Operations to advance Operator Driven Reliability and autonomous maintenance.

Qualifications include an engineering degree and 3+ years in maintenance or production supervision within TPM/IWS environments. Travel and cross-functional teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with technical background.
• 3+ years leading maintenance or production teams.
• Experience with TPM/IWS, ODR/AM methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM and ODR pillars on site, planning and execution.
• Own MP&S and BDE health and maintenance planning.
• Manage maintenance plans, PM quality and tracking.
• Develop reliability metrics and dashboards (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Set equipment standards (PMs, CLs, CIL) and calibration.
• Coach teams on ODR steps and operator capability.
• Drive RCA analyses and address root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Improve equipment design through data-driven insights.
• Support safety, quality, and food safety initiatives.
