Job summary

Bunge in Destrehan, LA seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the reliability function and drive asset performance across the plant. You will manage the maintenance budget, ensure compliance with standard work processes, and develop the reliability workforce while fostering a proactive culture focused on RCAs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in reliability and maintenance positions.
• Experience with Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) required.
• CMMS experience; SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the reliability function and reports to Plant Manager.
• Develops and controls the maintenance budget to optimize capacity and asset reliability.
• Ensures adherence to Bunge maintenance processes and standards.
• Manages the reliability workforce, succession plans, and training.
• Oversees spare parts warehouse and automated materials requisition.
• Benchmarks performance and drives improvements.
• Supports change management and enforces MOC processes.
• Executes reliability strategy and eliminates root causes of failures.
• Implements tools and processes for proactive maintenance and work order efficiency.
• Assists with planning, scheduling and materials kitting integration.
