Job summary

Bunge seeks a Maintenance Manager in Morristown, Indiana to lead the reliability function and maintenance organization. You will manage budget, processes, and a team to maximize asset life and minimize downtime across the plant.

Applicants should have a BS in Engineering or related field, 7+ years in reliability/maintenance, and CMMS/SAP experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with a focus on proactive, data-driven maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology, or equivalent with 7+ years in reliability/maintenance.
• Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) required.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP Plant Maintenance modules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and controls the maintenance budget to optimize capacity and asset reliability.
• Ensures standard reliability and maintenance work processes are followed.
• Manages the reliability workforce, succession plans, skills assessments and training.
• Manages the spare parts warehouse to maintain critical spares and automate materials requisition functions.
• Benchmarks performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enforces Management of Change processes and integrates reliability strategy.
• Leads Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews and drives proactive maintenance.
• Implements organizational structures and tools for proactive maintenance.
