Job summary

Bunge Morristown, Indiana is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead the reliability and maintenance function. You will report to the Plant Manager and Regional Reliability Engineer, safeguarding asset performance, managing resources and implementing life-cycle strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years in reliability/maintenance, RCA experience, and CMMS knowledge (SAP PM/MM). You will drive budgeting, spare parts management, and a proactive maintenance culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology with 7+ years in reliability/maintenance positions.
Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) required.

Responsibilities

Develops and controls the maintenance budget to optimize spending for capacity and asset reliability.
Leads reliability workforce, succession planning, skills assessments, and training.
Manages spare parts warehouse and automated materials requisition functions.
Implements Change Management and enforces reliability strategies.
Promotes proactive maintenance culture and root cause analysis to prevent failures.
