Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance projects in our Cedar Rapids area. You will identify parts, manage manpower, and provide technical guidance to technicians while driving efficiency and safety across the team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in supervision, and a strong background in preventive/predictive maintenance; MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (electrical or mechanical).
• 3+ years of direct team leadership/supervision.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of skilled tradespeople (Electricians, Mechanics, Fabricators).
• Develop and publish weekly maintenance schedules; include preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate training opportunities and optimize team skills.
• Oversee contract administration and change management.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety, and job performance standards.
