Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our production food facility. You will lead maintenance, oversee equipment upkeep, implement preventive programs and manage safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced food production environment. On-site, with full-time employment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of food processing equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment including food processing machinery, packaging systems and conveyors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility infrastructure including refrigeration systems, utilities and building structures; coordinate with contractors.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards and GMPs; conduct inspections and trainings.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget; track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain inventory records and procure parts; generate maintenance performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency; implement RCM and condition monitoring.
