Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Alternative: High School diploma with 6+ years manufacturing experience.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace.
• Provide daily supervision and coordination of Contractor resources.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance on facility and equipment.
• Identify and support improvements to equipment reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to site personnel.
• Influence cost reduction, equipment effectiveness and safety.
• Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
