Job summary

The PepsiCo Las Vegas plant seeks a Facilities & Infrastructure Lead to own and optimize all utilities, buildings, and infrastructure that support production. You will guide capital projects, manage contractors, and partner with EH&S, Engineering, and Operations to raise reliability, reduce waste, and advance sustainability across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on ability to drive changes from planning through commissioning, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities, utilities, or infrastructure in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of plant utilities and infrastructure assets.
• Experience managing capital projects and contractors.
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with sustainability, energy management, or water stewardship.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
• Lead site-level facilities and infrastructure capital projects.
• Coordinate project scope, timing, and execution with Unit Capital Leaders and Engineering.
• Oversee contractors, budgets, schedules, and quality of work from concept through completion.
• Ensure smooth commissioning and handoff to Operations and Maintenance.
• Develop reliability strategies with Maintenance and Engineering.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
