Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred; minimum six years related technical experience.
• BBT IV certification or equivalent required or demonstrable equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of PC software including DOS, Windows and network/Internet communications.
• Knowledge of LNP, Optimum transport system and related interfaces with NOC, CableData and similar systems.
• Understanding of HFC network systems, installation, repair and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and flexible scheduling.
