Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred with six years of related technical experience.
• BBT IV certification or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in DOS/Windows and network concepts.
• Knowledge of LNP, Optimum transport, NOC interfaces, CableData.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant performance per platform specifications and ensure reliability.
• Train staff to support specifications and customer experience.
• Motivate and direct team with clear goals and accountability.
• Monitor progress using department metrics and scorecards.
• Provide coaching, development, and corrective action as needed.
• Shape roles to build capability and define measurable goals.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance across the team.
• Champion a proactive safety agenda in daily activities
