Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Experience in wood processing or pellet manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians across shifts to ensure continuous plant coverage.
• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve OEE and reliability.
• Manage spare parts, vendor relations, and maintenance budget adherence.
