Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. seeks a Plant Manager to lead the pellet manufacturing facility in Hope, Arkansas, overseeing production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, planning, and continuous improvement to deliver high quality pellets for premium products.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution to ensure world-class safety, maximize throughput, and manage costs while developing talent and achieving KPIs in line with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, industrial technology, or related field required.
• Eight to ten years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi shift operations.
• Experience as a production manager, operations manager, or plant manager in a continuous process environment preferred.
• Experience in wood processing, pellet manufacturing, feed, biomass, or related industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant departments including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and warehouse and logistics.
• Direct daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Champion the Safety First culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and related standards.
• Identify and implement cost improvements while maintaining output quality.
• Collaborate with engineering on capital projects and with supply chain on scheduling and inventory.
