is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance and repair of processing, conveying, packaging, and mobile equipment in the Hope, Arkansas facility. You will ensure equipment operates efficiently, follow safety protocols, and minimize downtime. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and control systems, welding, spare parts coordination, and contributing to the annual maintenance budget while documenting tasks thoroughly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience maintaining computer-controlled manufacturing or processing equipment.
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
Experience with wood pellet production or heavy industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment including pelleting, packaging, and mobile equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control, and mechanical systems with limited supervision.
Conduct welding tasks as required to maintain operational equipment.
Assist with spare parts management, including ordering and organizing parts.
Document all maintenance tasks accurately, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
Follow all safety policies and OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Participate in development of the annual maintenance budget and adhere to guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
May provide guidance to other maintenance personnel as needed.
