Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing plant maintenance and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, automation, and controls.
• Experience using reliability tools such as RCA, FMEA, and TPM.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of people leadership in a plant environment.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation assistance available for select roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant maintenance and reliability function to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and productivity.
• Own and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs across critical production assets.
• Manage CMMS and TPM program, including work order flow, PM schedules, and maintenance KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, controls/automation technicians).
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment and process failures; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive reliability engineering practices using tools such as FMEA, TPM pillars, and condition-based monitoring.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Operations, Quality, and EHS to ensure safe, efficient, and stable plant operations.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Identify and lead maintenance- and reliability-focused continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, OEE improvement).
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and vendor relationships to balance cost, reliability, and risk.
