Job summary

LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (LSPI) seeks a Reliability Engineer to support plant equipment performance, partnering with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering. The role focuses on troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and safe operation across LSPI manufacturing locations.

You will analyze downtime, support preventive and predictive maintenance, and contribute to capital improvements and project execution. A BAS degree and 5+ years in reliability engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in reliability or plant/maintenance engineering in industrial environments.
• Experience supporting maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops reliability projects to improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and recommends corrective actions.
• Investigates failures using root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures.
