Job summary

Parcc Associates in the United States is seeking a hands-on Plant Quality & Process Excellence Manager to lead the Quality function at a key manufacturing facility in the Statesville/North Charlotte area. This role owns the QMS, leads the quality team, and partners with Engineering and Operations to improve process capability and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing quality experience; 5+ preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action
• Strong knowledge of SPC and statistical process control methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal quality audits and drive timely closure of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain control plans, specifications, and process controls.
• Identify root causes of defects and drive preventive actions.
• Lead customer quality liaison activities and supplier quality improvements.
• Coach and develop the Quality team on problem-solving and data analysis.
