Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a quality production environment and supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a consistent quality message across Owens Corning sites.
• Own site compliance assessment and remediation; coordinate QA training.
• Review SOPs and ensure company directives and compliance.
• Educate nonQuality staff and develop QA team members.
• Monitor and analyze product and process quality to meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement via statistics and lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with production to identify root causes of defects.
• Develop preventative actions based on data to reduce defects.
• Communicate quality goals through standards, SOPs, and documentation.
