Pretium Packaging in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a hands-on Plant Quality Engineer to address root causes at the source, strengthen process capability, and deliver packaging our customers can rely on.

This on-site role focuses on structured problem solving, SPC, measurement systems analysis, and risk-based quality planning. You’ll work with Operations, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, and suppliers to qualify changes and improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in quality/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with regulated packaging preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement SPC strategies.
• Plan and conduct measurement system studies.
• Drive risk-based quality planning and FMEA.
• Support qualification of materials, tooling, and processes.
