Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of two years automotive experience is preferred.
• Exposure to customer interactions and manufacturing environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement process control programs to ensure finished goods meet specs.
• Lead continuous improvement using quality tools and data analysis.
• Facilitate FMEA with Engineering and monitor status through life cycle.
• Develop and maintain statistical process control techniques.
• Ensure ISO/TS16949 or IATF16949 compliance across the organization.
• Investigate defects and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Maintain customer complaint logs and participate in CAPA processes.
• Train personnel in Seven Quality Basics and auditing techniques.
• Review production methods for quality improvements and compliance.
• Visit customers and suppliers as needed; liaise with internal/external customers.
