Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Quality Lab Technician at a U.S. plant. You will implement quality standards, train staff, and work with plant leadership to ensure product quality and compliance with industry specs.

The role requires flexibility for 40+ hours weekly and potential weekend shifts, with opportunities to lead certification programs and collaborate with Central Labs for quality issues.

Qualifications

• Leadership and teamwork to guide quality initiatives at the plant.
• Strong written and verbal communication to document inspections and training.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple lines.

Responsabilités

• Implement and train on company, AASHTO, ASTM & CSA quality standards.
• Review daily product from all lines and coordinate with plant and production managers.
• Monitor product handling, storage and calibration of quality instruments.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and training academy courses.
• Communicate with Central Labs on quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Generate reports and letters certifying compliance as required.
