Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to support packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspections on the production line. The role partners with Line Operators to meet production goals and requires flexibility to work a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates dependability and consistent attendance.
• Basic math skills for measurement and packaging accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure quality through final visual inspections and labeling of finished goods.
• Track units produced to monitor efficiency on the production line.
• Package pipe per SOP and prepare items for delivery to customers.
• Support line start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changes with the line operators.
• Maintain a safe working environment through proper PPE and housekeeping.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements and participate in continuous improvement.
