Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. wants a Plastic Manufacturing Technician to support packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection on the production line. You will assist with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes, partnering with the Line Operator to meet production goals.

The role requires 40+ hours weekly and weekend work as needed. Prior industrial experience is preferred and physical labor is involved in fluctuating temperatures with PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and ensure quality by final visual inspections and labeling.
• Assist line operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes.
• Track units produced to maintain efficiency and meet production goals.
• Package pipe according to SOPs and prepare for delivery.
• Maintain a safe workspace and use PPE consistently.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements; support continuous improvement.
