Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Quality Lab Technician at our Ohio location. You will implement quality standards, train staff, and ensure product quality across lines while coordinating with plant leadership.

Responsibilities include calibration, resin sampling oversight, and leading monthly trainings with operators. The role requires 40+ hours weekly, weekend flexibility, and potential shift variation.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree minimum.
• 3–5 years related manufacturing/quality experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and train on ADS quality standards.
• Daily review of product quality across lines and communicate with plant mgmt.
• Monitor handling and storage of product to prevent damage.
• Maintain calibration of quality instruments.
• Monitor resin sampling procedures for compliance.
• Administer Training Academy courses.
• Coordinate with Central Labs on quality issues.
• Ensure plant compliance through training and documentation.
• Lead monthly quality training with operators and staff.
