Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or 5+ years of progressive quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow documentation.
• 2+ years leading quality audits in ISO/IATF environments.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Power BI; able to translate data into action.
• Drivers license required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and drive CAPA through 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone methods.
• Oversee QMS audits and ensure compliance across receiving, in-process, and release.
• Develop procedures and train staff on best practices and operating discipline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support quality and optimization initiatives.
• Track scrap, FPY, defect trends; report metrics to leadership; drive improvements.
• Support new product launches with quality gates and deliverables on schedule.
