Job summary

Ventek Solutions seeks a Plant Quality Manager for its Mt. Pleasant, TN location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality management system at the plant, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in a technical field and have at least 2 years’ experience in quality management systems. Strong interpersonal skills and Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• IATF Experience or lead auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the plant quality department, ensuring compliance and improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting and reduction of variation.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and handle inquiries.
